As a Software QA Engineer at Mitchell, you will be working on an existing and successful enterprise software client server and web-based products. In the role you will debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. You will develop, modify, support, execute and automate software test plans and test scripts. You will analyze and write test standards and procedures as well as code test harnesses. You will maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software and analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. You will consult with development engineers in resolution of problems and participate and provide input in code/design walkthrough/reviews.
