Mitchell is seeking a talented and passionate Creative Services Director to own our creative strategy and brand visualization. This role will lead a team of creatives to create high-impact experiences across multiple mediums to effectively, and creatively, communicate Mitchell’s brand, messages and solutions. You should be a master storyteller and brand strategist that understands how to develop the voice of the brand and support the mission of a company. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to bring our brand vision to life through compelling, jump-off-the-page designs as well as a deep understanding of our business and company messaging.
The Creative Director will manage the development, design, implementation and maintenance of the creative direction for marketing assets across web, digital media, social media, outbound communications, photography, video and advertising. This position will oversee the creative development and application of brand and design strategy and standards by establishing oversight and approval processes and continually evaluating and evolving as necessary brand standard guidelines. You will work with in-house designers, developers, video producer, content creators and cross-functional teams, along with external agencies and vendors to successfully meet diverse project timelines and budget constraints. You will lead daily team meetings to ensure brand alignment and direction, and will be the “go-to” point of contact for creative art direction. In conjunction with the Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for workload scoping, forecasting, capacity planning, and workload distribution, as well as sourcing temporary staff and outside agencies, and will ensure creative team is structured and staffed appropriately as we grow and expand our capabilities Your role will be responsible for project management and budget planning as well as overall creative strategy to align with corporate objectives, as well as interaction with executive leadership as necessary. You will collaborate with cross functional project teams across the company to plan, analyze, organize and execute on key initiatives.
Qualified candidates must be highly experienced in creating beautiful, professional, top quality designs and marketing campaigns, experienced in effectively managing and developing a team of creatives, have proven experience managing incoming project requests, forecasting and handling resource planning, experienced in budgeting, financial reporting, and trend analysis, and ultimately overseeing each project to success from concept to completion. This role will elevate our brand and campaign-development capabilities while working with teams to conceptualize creative solutions. Ultimately, you’re an incredible storyteller with an ability to make complex topics simple, engaging, and fun. The ideal candidate should possess:
