Job Description

Works with Insurance customers via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions. Provides claims support, including status update, documenting claim details, high level valuation methodology, and resolve product/report issues.  Emphasis is on effortless experience, identifying opportunities for self-service options, and ensuring first contact resolution

Qualifications

  • Must have High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously
  • Ability to research information using web- based tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience
  • Insurance claims and call center experience a PLUS!
