Works with Insurance customers via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions. Provides claims support, including status update, documenting claim details, high level valuation methodology, and resolve product/report issues. Emphasis is on effortless experience, identifying opportunities for self-service options, and ensuring first contact resolution.
