Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced data informatics analyst to join our Enterprise BI & Analytics team. In this role you will work as part of a team to develop innovative business analytics offerings. You will be responsible to generate visual analytics, dashboards, and ad hoc reports for our customers.  The person we’re looking for must have technical experience using programs to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from a variety of disparate data sources and systems. We also want someone who loves working in an ever-changing environment, focused on solving customer needs, and passionate about results.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence reports and analysis
  • Work with product management, product development and business teams to translate customer needs into data reports, data insights and extracts
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
  • Optimize visual information for easier consumption and actionable metrics
  • Maintain processes for making sure data are accurate and up-to-date represented

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in an operations or business analytics role
  • Minimum 1 year Tableau work experience required
  • A strong working knowledge of SQL with ability to write complex SQL
  • An understanding of relational Database (RDBMS) structure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with teams and customers
  • Self-directed, highly organized and able to independently coordinate multiple assignments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or technical field (Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Finance, Economics preferred)
