Job Description

As a Compliance Specialist you are responsible and accountable for maintaining compliance with the federal and state program requirements. Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Performs the coordination and preparation of internal and external audits and compliance in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborates with internal and external clients to develop positive and proactive approaches to regulatory compliance.
  • Abstracts information for reporting and translates information into requirements.
  • Utilizes tools to search various databases and sources to disseminate information for software development purposes.
  • May direct interaction with regulatory agencies on defined matters.
  • Recommends strategies for earliest possible intervention and acceleration of compliance in products.
  • Assists with the corrective action implementation.


  • 5 + years’ experience in the pharmacy industry.
  • Previous experience in workers compensation and auto casualty claims is required.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
