The Service Center Support I role will be responsible for performing routine office tasks such as hardcopy and electronic medical document identification and sorting, medical bill review and re-pricing and data entry into client specific applications. Routine decision-making is tightly defined, with greater latitude at higher job levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments. Scope of work is defined by the contractual nature of the business outsourcing agreement.
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to follow written directions and meet deadlines
Must be able to multitask and focus
Ability to type at least 55wpm and 55kpm on 10 key with high level of accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Must be able to work full 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday
Medical coding certification is NOT required for this role but knowledge and experience with medical coding is appreciated
