The position is for our client services team in support of our first and third party auto solutions. The role supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which directly impact service and/or product revenue(s). Works with various departments to meet services and sales goals. Works with customers on system outcomes and provide reports to management on the benefit Mitchell brings to the client's business. Work includes pre-sale and post-sales along with running existing Mitchell solution. Responds to customer inquiries across the organization; influences product road-map for optimal client experience and outcomes; be the face of Mitchell to the carriers casualty division, both first and third party; recognizes new business opportunities. The client service manager is the conduit for the client's experience with Mitchell. The Client Service team creates great client experiences by fostering strong relationships, customizing solutions and serving as the client's internal advocate.
