Job Description

Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience working with Salesforce.com CRM application.
  • SFDC Certified Administrator Preferred.
  • SQL query language and related database experience is a plus.
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in technical support.
  • Experience writing gathering and writing business requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Logical and efficient.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self motivated and directed.
  • Ability to e-fectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
