We recommend an integrated suite of solutions that include utilization review and case management with a focus on managing total claims costs while expediting safe return to work.


Job Description

Provides administrative processes support for routine back office tasks such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings. Routine decision-making is tightly defined, with greater latitude at higher job levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments. Scope of work is defined by the contractual nature of the business outsourcing agreement.


This will be a 6 month temporary assignment


  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to follow written directions and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to multitask and focus
  • Ability to type at least 55wpm and 55kpm on 10 key with high level of accuracy
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Must be able to work full 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday
  • Medical coding certification is NOT required for this role but knowledge and experience with medical coding is appreciated
