    Job Description

    As an Implementation Manager at Mitchell you need a unique combination of technical and soft skills to lead the development, implementation, testing and deployment of bill review integration processes in support of the ScriptAdvisor pharmacy benefits management application.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Evaluate Statements of Work and collaborate with multiple internal and external resources to develop detailed project requirements.

    • Design, configure, test and deploy integration between DecisionPoint (auto) / SmartAdvisor (workers compensation) and ScriptAdvisor.
    • Create and maintain detailed requirements, design, deployment, support, and project management documentation.
    • Minor project management responsibilities related to project tracking and reporting.
    • Lead and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.  
    • Liaison to Product Management for: (1) collaboration to ensure Implementation needs are accounted for when developing product changes and (2) completing Implementation Guide documentation.


    • Minimum 5 years of experience with several of the following technologies:
      • FTP/SFTP
      • EDI 837
      • Web Services
      • XML
      • PGP
      • Microsoft SQL server query writing
      • JavaScript programing or other script language experience
      • Microsoft Windows client / server operating systems
      • Experience setting up and configuration Single-Sign On (SSO)
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with the following soft skills
      • Successful record of internal and external customer collaboration and project management.
      • Broad experience in technical analysis, troubleshooting, and creative problem solving.
      • Effective written and verbal communication with diverse set of internal and external resources.
      • High level of proven organization, prioritization, and time management.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in medical bill review or a related field is preferred.
    • A minimum of 2 years working in a technical support capacity is preferred.
    • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
