    Job Description

    Multi-faceted position developing and implementing training and support session that enable insurance customers and professional repair facilities to be proficient using Mitchell products and services.  Provides onboarding and technical support to both new and existing client base.  Ability to document complex workflows and make recommendations on change management and deployment strategies.  Facilitate both onsite and remote adult learning sessions.  Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that lesson plans reflect current product features.  Requires professional interaction with customers on a daily basis. 


    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Two years business related experience.
    • Will require travel, including international, up to 60% of the time.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
