Department Description:

The HR team is a close knit, hardworking and energetic group who provide a wide range of HR services to our management team and employees.  We pride ourselves in our ability and willingness to provide development opportunities to our team members and will do the same for you.  We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team this summer.  Specifically, you will be supporting our Organizational Effectiveness team with the projects below:  


Internship Description:

Career Tracks: (Approx. 75% of Internship)

  • Support a company-wide learning, development, and networking program, Career Tracks.
    • Opportunity for special projects and presentations within the scope of the program.
  • Conduct survey and analysis of data to measure learning program effectiveness.
  • Draft and edit communications related to organizational learning and leadership initiatives.
  • Assist with leadership initiatives management (work with third party vendors, scheduling, communications, and LMS maintenance).

Communications/Community Engagement: (Approx. 25% of Internship)

  • Assist in the design and development of content for internal and external websites.
  • Design and update content for digital media channels.
  • Draft and edit employee-facing communications.
  • Assist with communication and community engagement projects as needed.


  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s (preferred) degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Marketing or related field, graduating in December 2018 or June 2019.
  • Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
