The Senior Manager of Information Systems for Storage will provide leadership and guidance in the day to day operations, incident management, and future strategic direction of the Storage Infrastructure for Corporate Hosting Services. This role will be responsible for day to day personnel management that includes staffing requirements, hiring, scheduling, development, coaching, and evaluating team members. This function also requires interfacing with: Superiors, Peers, and Customers internally or externally when necessary. The successful candidate will be well versed in current Storage Technologies, Detail Oriented, and have excellent problem solving skills. The position requires a vast knowledge of state-of-the-art SAN and NAS Storage Solutions, I/O performance, replication and disaster recovery capabilities. In addition to managing the teams maintaining the existing storage infrastructure this position will be responsible for architecting the future direction of the storage infrastructure, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, and manage the implementation of these strategic technologies. The candidate must also have working knowledge of Operating Systems, Server Hardware, and Networking and how these entities are integrated into the infrastructure to support the corporate goals, business applications, product solutions, and their operational requirements.
