    Job Description

    Your Role and Impact

     

    We are looking for a Business Operations and Strategy Analyst who can jump in and make an impact quickly in our Pharmacy Solutions Group. The Operations and Strategy Associate will work with our Pharmacy Team’s senior leadership to drive strategy initiatives, address critical business challenges, and enhance operational rigor within the company. You will play an integral role in helping guide the best course of strategic action through a focus on evidenced based research and analysis.

     

    You will be a trusted thought leader that works closely with the senior pharmacy team to drive:

     

    • Operational Excellence: help our business and key functional leaders run efficiently, which includes qualitative and quantitative research, insights and recommendations across a variety of operational strategic levers
    • Strategy and Transformation: help drive strategic planning process and reporting to key stake holders by leading efforts to prioritize operational initiatives, underwrite product enhancements and develop business cases for investments
    • Department Performance Management: support the functional leaders by developing key metrics that support the efficient and effective management of their groups and assist in monitoring these metrics to ensure department performance against objectives

    Duties and Skills:

    • Conceptualize, design and create data-fueled insights to enhance business performance
    • Work with the operations team members to further develop metrics, KPIs, and reports that drive enhanced operational rigor and performance improvement
    • Conduct analysis to become a subject matter expert in our industry and specific lines of business, products, services and solutions
    • Prepare business proposals, business cases, and presentations
    • Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field. A Masters of Business Administration would be considered a plus.
    • 3-5 years' relevant professional experience.
    • Consulting, investment banking or private equity experience a plus
    • Practical business sense with the ability to translate between strategic decisions and their operational and organizational implications
    • Self-starter and automatous: must be productive with minimal direction
    • Hard worker, good team player and highly motivated
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Must be able to critically evaluate data and make recommendations for change based on extensive research and evidence
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly
