    Job Description


    The Data Analytics Analyst uses predictive modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and identify the right data to be analyzed from internal and external sources, then constructs software systems and algorithms to explain or predict customer behavior and solve a variety of business problems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Assist business analysts by finding patterns and relationships in data.
    • Build predictive models using data, test the model on results outside of the sample size, and verify the model in the real world.
    • Assist with and manage projects such as testing strategy development for marketing initiatives, supporting product lifecycle decisions, evaluating product utilization, supporting fraud detection, etc.


    • Experience in an operations or business/system analytics role.
    • Experience analyzing actual performance to build forecasting models, performance monitoring and trend reports.
    • Experience with workforce management and/or financial performance metrics preferred.
    • Must possess strong understanding of internal business segment (stakeholders) and may require presentation skills.
    • Experience with SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Report Builder and other reporting tools.
    • Experience in Workers Comp and/or Automotive injury analytics is preferred but not required.
    • Must possess HS Diploma or GED
