    Job Description

    Mitchell International seeks a Pricing Analyst to support and help to drive strategic business initiatives including pricing and margin management. The Pricing Analyst will provide quantitative insight to help drive pricing strategy and will also execute the operational tasks necessary to manage the pricing process at Mitchell. The Analyst will be responsible for driving projects from data collection and analysis to presentation of recommendations.


    Responsibilities: Drive pricing strategies that optimize new customer acquisition and profitably. 

    • Maintain the pricing tools and the data collection processes, provide analysis and input into optimal pricing processes, and conduct other ad hoc analyses
    • Facilitate a weekly pricing committee meeting with senior leadership
    • Analyze data and provide in-depth evaluation to assist with pricing strategy
    • Assist with preparation of management-level presentations based on analyses
    • Other ad hoc analyses as identified


    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3-10 years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or related field
    • Ability to use analytical, logical, and organizational skills to make business decisions using complex information
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis
    • Excellent critical and strategic thinking skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly
    • Strong, self-motivated team player
    • Experience or knowledge of PBM pricing a strong plus
