    Job Description

    • Analyze and troubleshoot workflow and data related issues.
    • Troubleshoot automation jobs: EDI and File movement using ActiveBatch Troubleshoot application related issues/bugs.
    • Ability to run SQL queries.
    • Escalating the issues to higher technical support level where applicable.
    • Communicate with clients and internal team members while providing and exceeded level of customer service.
    • Work with Technical Support team and other various groups to ensure our SLA obligations are being met on a client-by-client basis

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science or related field.
    • Mitchell will provide training on our proprietary software products.
    • Minimum 0-2+ years of related experience in Software troubleshooting and/or application support role.
    • Ability to write complex SQL queries.
    • Familiar with EDI and Batch Processing.
    • Knowledge of XML.
    • Strong analytical skill.
    • Data analysis and some programming background.
    • Ability to multiple tasks.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Great customer service.
    • Looking for someone who has strong desire to learn and grow.
    • Quick learner.
