Work with Technical Support team and other various groups to ensure our SLA obligations are being met on a client-by-client basis
Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science or related field.
Mitchell will provide training on our proprietary software products.
•Minimum 2 or 3 years experience in Software troubleshooting and/or application support role.
•Ability to write complex SQL queries.
•Familiar with EDI and Batch Processing
•Knowledge of XML
•Strong analytical skill
•Data analysis and some programming background
•Ability to multiple tasks
•Effective oral and written communication skills.
•Great customer service
