    Job Description

    We are seeking Software Engineer to help build the next generation of our Auto Physical Damage products, and help maintain the existing product line. This software development position will be supporting business applications used to deliver Software based solutions & services to our clients. We are looking for solid backend C#/Java/.Net engineers who have the desire to learn or have Solid software development experience in both new development and operational/system maintenance support.

    In this role you will be helping to create a culture of change, collaboration, communication and enabling a technology shift in the organization. We are looking for smart, driven, and ambitious Engineers who are ready to expand their skill-set with an amazing team and have exposure to DevOps.



    • Solid software development experience in both new development and operational/system maintenance support.
    • Designs, analyzes, develops code, debugs, tests and documents programming to satisfy business requirements for large and complex projects.
    • Adheres to architecture standards, risk management and security policies.
    • Deliver solutions on Java/.Net and RDBMS based technologies.
    • Assist in third level support of applications once delivered into Production.
    • Use test driven development and scaled agile methods to deliver products to client requirements.
    • Extremely client focused with responsive attitude and sense of urgency.
    • Provides operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering data and trends.
    • Identifies operational problems by observing, studying system functioning and performance results & completing troubleshooting procedures.
    • Develops operational solutions by defining, studying, estimating, and screening alternative solutions; determining impact on total system.


    • 3 - 5+ years working within a Java/.NET environment.
    • Design, development, testing, and deployment of software systems or applications.
    • Strong working knowledge of Object-oriented design/programming, web applications, XML, ASP,ASP.Net and relational databases.
    • Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem solving skills..
    • Familiar with Microsoft technologies and working in an agile environment. Learns to use professional concepts. Strong skills in C# and .NET, SQL, TFS.
    • Familiar with automated testing tools like coded UI, Selenium.
    • Experience with Ajax, JQuery, JSON, AngularJS, XSLT, CSS, HTML5, and cross browser compatible development.
    • Experience developing web services (REST or SOAP) and XML.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    • Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and determination.
    • Experience with web application servers (J2EE, .NET) including heap mgmt, GC tuning, etc.
    • Automation skills using tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins will be a plus.
