The Project Manager plays a critical role for strategic initiatives/clients by actively participating with Mitchell and customer teams to enable critical processes, recognize and creatively solving complex problems, and help the customer achieve their objectives. He/she assists cross-functional teams, uses established processes to support the engagement, and tracks the performance/quality of deliverables and reports on the effectiveness of the engagement against the baseline plan. The Project Manager provides relevant, thoughtful and prescriptive guidance, grounded in experience, with clarity and objectivity.
