    Job Description


    The Project Manager plays a critical role for strategic initiatives/clients by actively participating with Mitchell and customer teams to enable critical processes, recognize and creatively solving complex problems, and help the customer achieve their objectives. He/she assists cross-functional teams, uses established processes to support the engagement, and tracks the performance/quality of deliverables and reports on the effectiveness of the engagement against the baseline plan. The Project Manager provides relevant, thoughtful and prescriptive guidance, grounded in experience, with clarity and objectivity.


    Position Responsibilities:

    • Ability to complete client/initiative assessments, construct project charters and work plans, prioritize and create a structured approach for delivery of objectives.
    • Utilizes repeatable processes and tools for consistency, providing structure to oversight.
    • Generates, reviews, publishes, and presents regular status updates for internal and client project audiences.
    • Supports solving complex problems for large enterprise customers/initiatives. Provides oversight of multi-phased, complex deliveries. Manages multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously.
    • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Demonstrates effective problem solving.
    • Exercises sound independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
    • Supports and ‘teams’ strongly with cross-functional groups. Builds, develops and maintains highly collaborative and effective working relationships with both internal teams and customers. Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups.
    • Demonstrates proactivity with planning, follow-through, risk mitigation, etc.
    • Demonstrates a high degree of efficiency and quality in methodologies and work products. Has exceptional follow-through and dependability.
    • Ongoing prioritization of own work as well as critical path items for the greater team.
    • Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal organizations and external customers at all levels, from executive to individual contributors.
    • Demonstrates adaptability in a highly dynamic environment.
    • Exhibits resiliency to ongoing risk mitigation and issue resolution.
    • Passionate about being highly customer focused and continually looking at ways to serve them better
    • Demonstrates exceptional composure. 


    Position Requirements:

    • Demonstrated impact leading cross organizational initiatives using effective process and communication architecture.
    • Proven ability to execute industry standard Project Management fundamentals.
    • Bachelor’s degree or related/equivalent experience. Consulting experience preferred.
    • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience including 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
