    Job Description

    • Responsible for determining how to use resources to meet schedules and goals
    • Provides guidance to team members within the latitude of established company policies
    • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
    • Frequently interacts with other leadership personnel, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
    • May be asked to participate in hiring tasks: interviews, decision making
    • Is the “face” of the Field Case Management unit and will be expected to visit client sites and attend off site meetings
    • Ultimate responsibility for positive results including cost containment, revenue, staffing ratios, quality, updating Best Practices, and overall health of the unit
    • Demonstrates a level of professionalism reflecting positively on the company as a whole.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Ability to work independently


    *Candidate will work remotely, but must be in California* 

    •  Licenses and Certifications: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the resident state; CCM required, BSN minimum preferred
    • Minimum of five years Field Case Management leadership experience required, Manager preferred
    • Worker’s compensation required
    • Requires excellent time management, technological and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Outlook email, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
    • Must have reliable transportation for customer site visits
    • Unencumbered driver’s license and current automobile insurance coverage a must
    • Willingness to work Pacific Time zone
    • May be required to assist on occasional weekend, after hour case assignments
