    Job Description

    As an Implementation Manager at Mitchell you need a combination of technical and soft skills to lead the requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing of integration and application processes in support of Mitchell products and services. You will also coordinate cross-functional teams from project initiation through project close with focus on delivering solutions with high quality that meet schedule requirements.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Evaluate Statements of Work and collaborate with multiple internal and external resources to assess project methodologies and deliverables.
    • Design, configure, deploy and validate Mitchell products and services in conjunction with integration infrastructure components.
    • Create and maintain detailed requirements, design, deployment, and support documentation.
    • Minor project management responsibilities related to project tracking and reporting.
    • Provide direct support to clients for a predefined duration post go live.
    • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.  


    • Minimum 2 years of experience with several of the following technologies:
      • FTP/SFTP
      • Web Services
      • XML
      • PGP
      • Microsoft SQL server query writing
      • JavaScript programming
      • Microsoft Windows client / server operating systems
    • Minimum 3 years of experience with the following soft skills
      • Successful record of internal and external customer collaboration and project management.
      • Broad experience in technical analysis, troubleshooting, and creative problem solving.
      • Effective written and verbal communication with diverse set of internal and external resources.
      • High level of proven organization, prioritization, and time management.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in medical bill review or a related field is preferred.
    • A minimum of 2 years working in a technical support capacity is preferred.
