    Job Description

    • Coordinates, diagnoses and troubleshoots incoming employee calls
    • Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving printers, desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access
    • Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel
    • Provides case status updates to management and end-users
    • Supports and maintains effective relationships with users
    • Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT support
    • Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues
    • Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
    • Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
    • Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
    • Maintain equipment inventory, including desktop, laptop and printers for location
    • May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
    • May conduct training programs designed to educate an organizations computer users about basic and specialized applications.

    Shift: 6AM – 2:30PM

    Qualifications

    • Candidate will provide technical support via phone and desk side to internal employees ranging from staff to executive level members, a professional demeanor is required
    • Ability to utilize remote tools such as remote assistance and teamviewer
    • Experience supporting Dell hardware
    • Experience with hardware replacement such as hard drives, memory, keyboards on laptops and desktops
    • Working experience with replacing and/or upgrading an end user from one system to another
    • Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 7/10
    • Minimum Associates Degree or 2+ years of relative experience
