    Job Description

    Mitchell continues to grow both organically and through acquisition, making facilities program management a key competency for our growth strategy and cultural integration. This experienced Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, reconfiguration, and alterations of Mitchell buildings. You may own multiple projects at any given time and be required to drive the projects to completion while meeting schedule and budget constraints.


    You will lead project teams that bring together a diverse group of cross-functional members that may include: Senior level management, Information Technology, outside contractors and vendors, etc. You will collaborate with senior internal and external personnel within and outside of your own area of expertise.


    • 5+ years of related work experience including a Bachelors' Degree
    • Demonstrated understanding of construction planning theories, as well as commercial building codes involved with construction and construction planning
    • Deep understanding of project management strategies and techniques
    • Demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
    • Available to travel as needed to support projects
    • Available to work off hours should it be required to oversee a change related to the project
    • Ability to work with and manage remote teams
    • Bachelor’s degree in facilities, engineering, or related discipline preferred
    • 3+ years of related experience in project management, construction planning or facilities management is preferred
    • Perform other duties as assigned or required
    • PMP Certification a plus
