    Job Description

    Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Requires people and resource management through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete the project. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Manage the flow of all correspondences for assigned projects, which includes reviewing, logging, distributing, and following-up with the appropriate personnel.
    • Evaluate cost and/or schedule impacts related to correspondences, plan changes, schedule changes, etc.
    • Assist with resolving changes to project scope (includes review of job aging report monthly). Establishes schedule at project set-up.



    • BS degree or equivalent
    • 3+ years experience, preferably in automotive or related industry
    • 3+ project management experience, or similar
    • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
    • Experience with industry-specific products preferred (such as WorkCenter)
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels within and outside the organization is essential.
    • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
    • High level of integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
