We recommend an integrated suite of solutions that include utilization review and case management with a focus on managing total claims costs while expediting safe return to work.


    Job Description

    This position is responsible for the planning, organization, staffing and development of clinical and support staff team members. These role main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Overall accountability in managing referral volume to ensure we are meeting regulatory guidelines and customer requirements with the highest quality as it relates to the Workers Compensation Utilization Review Department.
    • Develop business goals, objectives and strategic initiatives that tend to the growth and prosperity to the department.
    • Responsible for management and direction of center's operations, logistics, facilities, customer service and technical support.
    • Manage all local operation processes in all aspects of operations to include value added services, planning and development, customer service, facility security and supervision of operations staff.



    • Minimum 5 years Workers Compensation experience in either Utilization Review, Case Management, Bill Review or Claims
    • Ability to organize processes and people
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
    • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills
