    Job Description

    Fairly entry level customer service position. Customer service via phone working with both customers and providers, checking status on bill, why something is paid a certain way, billing questions, data entry, email correspondence and follow up


    Monday-Friday 8 hour days, with designated start times varying from 7 am-10 am



    • High school diploma required
    • Upbeat, customer friendly attitude
    • Detail oriented and able to follow tasks through to completion and follow up
    • Previous work in the medical field helpful
    • phone based customer service experience preferred
