    Job Description

    • To ensure customer service representatives complete all tasks within the required guidelines
    • To ensure medical records coordinators complete all tasks within the required guidelines
    • To serve as company liaison with clients, reviewers and practitioners/providers/facilities whose services are subject to review
    • Schedule independent medical examinations, peer reviews, diagnostic testing, transportation and translation on behalf of clients, send correspondence, and work to ensure patient attendance at examinations
    • Procure, prepare, and disseminate medical records to providers within deadlines
    • Follow-up with providers to enforce timely completion of work product
    • Provide exemplary customer service and resolve client issues
    • Ensure completion of daily/weekly/monthly tasks of office
    • Daily review of backlog, assess outstanding case issues, escalate major case issues to upper management
    • Develop customer service, scheduling, negotiation, organization, and business management skills of employees
    • Train new employees and expand professional development of experienced personnel
    • Identify and implement new processes, procedures, etc. to increase business
    • Develop initiatives to reduce costs of providers and other business component
    • Prepare service metric reports for clients
    • Review client trends and report to management operational issues effecting trends
    • In-person marketing to local customers (point of sale)
    • As appropriate or necessary, visit clients and train how to use
    • As required, attend appropriate trade shows and industry meetings
    • Complete other duties and responsibilities as requested

    Compensation Range: $55,000 - $60,000 annual salary


    • Minimum of 3 years of personnel management experience
    • Minimum of 3 years in medical assessment operations
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple high priorities
    • Personal computer literacy and high competency in use of MS Word and ten key
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Strong working knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology and medical terminology
    • Strong detail orientation
    • Strong organizational ability
    • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
    • Professional judgment to resolve complex client, employee and provider issues
    • Understanding and knowledge of company's clients, products, departments and work flows, and applicable regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
    • Relational database experience
    • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
