    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail oriented individual to join the accounting department. This individual will work in a team to provide payment support to Ops and Corporate office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

     

    • Correct misapplied payments
    • Research missing payments
    • Research suspense items
    • Review payers’ requests for refunds
    • Reconcile AR transfer requests
    • Provide guidance to offshore team in Chennai

     

    Other duties may include sorting of incoming mail, indexing and depositing checks on the bank’s portal.

    • No previous industry experience is required as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training

    • Basic computer skills are required, knowledge of 10 key and excel a plus
    • Good/positive attitude

     

    Education: Minimum High School diploma or GED
