As an Experience Design Manager, you will lead a small, diverse group of talented designers to make a big impact. You will be responsible for driving standardization and building reusable assets for Magnetic to create a cohesive, beautiful digital experience across Mitchell’s product portfolio. You will set strategy and direction for your team. You will hire, mentor and manage designers and developers to actualize your vision.
