    Job Description

    • Responsible for managing customer success representatives who are responsible for creating loyal customers and retaining their business over the phone.
    • Administers/designs the customer success representatives’ incentive plans.
    • Trains, mentors, coaches, and supervises customer success staff.
    • Has thorough knowledge of the organization’s products/services.
    • Prioritizes and allocates resources.
    • Works with cross-functional teams to identify adjacent opportunities to improve and support customer success.
    • Responsible for establishing best practices, setting targets, and ensuring that revenue is retained.

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. 
    • 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
