    Job Description

    CSG - Mitchell International seeks a Business Process Analyst to support and help to drive strategic business initiatives, which may include the product portfolio management process, and pricing analyses. The Business Process Analyst will provide quantitative insight to help drive business strategy and may also conduct qualitative market and competitive assessments. The Analyst will be responsible for driving projects from data collection and analysis to presentation of recommendations. Specific projects may vary depending on business needs.


    • Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization and its markets
    • Conduct analysis to become a subject matter expert in our industry and specific lines of business, products, services and solutions
    • Prepare business proposals, business cases, and presentations
    • Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions
    • Manage projects and programs




    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience.
    • Experience in management consulting, data analytics, strategy, or related field.
    • Ability to use analytical, logical, and organizational skills to make business decisions using complex information.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
    • Experience presenting data, analysis, and recommendations to senior-level management.
    • Excellent critical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly.
    • Strong, self-motivated team player.
