    Mitchells workers compensation national managed care program offers solutions for insurance carriers, third-party administrators and employers. We recommend an integrated suite of solutions that include utilization review and case management with a focus on managing total claims costs while expediting safe return to work.

     

    Job Description

    • Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale as their trusted advisor on multi-dimensional products.
    • Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue.
    • Works collaboratively with various departments to meet service and sales goals by enhancing technology solutions or improving workflow to gain efficiency for the client.
    • Partners with customers to troubleshoot software use and functionality. 
    • Recommends new business opportunities by understanding the client’s business needs.
    • Actively monitor clients’ results with data analytics to ensure they are utilizing the most effective tools to maximize their performance, may require leading business meetings through the use of various presentation methods. 

    Qualifications

    Education, Training & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field, or appropriate combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years Bill Review and insurance claims experience.
    • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Worker's Compensation industry is required.
    • Must be available to travel 20% 
    • Flexible work hours. Customer base is National and may require office hours start or end equivalent to East or West coast office hours.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Thinks and acts like an owner/operator
    • Excellent organization skills and follow-up
    • Working knowledge of salesforce.com is a plus
    • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
