    Job Description

    You are an experienced and creative Multimedia Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience. With a focus on creative development of emails and landing pages, you are both strong in visual design and clean in execution of coding for both mediums. You have a thorough understanding of what tools work best and are an expert in Sketch/XD/Invision App/Litmus and HTML/CSS from scratch. You have used platforms like Eloqua or equivalent enterprise tool to set up complex email and landing page campaigns and are comfortable with building a one-off email in Outlook (OFT). Testing experience a bonus.

     

    You can quickly step into a fast-paced, in-house creative services team. You can easily conceptualize and execute on a number of design options and are comfortable delivering campaign solutions that drive business results. You love to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver on budget and on brand…while providing an amazing customer experience.

    Qualifications

    Your skillset – must haves:

    • Can design and code emails
    • Can design and code landing pages
    • Comprehensive understanding of HTML/CSS
    • Can self-identify and troubleshoot to deliver clean final concepts free of errors
    • Collaborates with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and keep revisions to a minimum
    • Understanding of B2B marketing concepts and campaigns that convert
    • Conceptualizing, designing, and ability to present and pitch new ideas
    • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile best practices
    • Designing within brand guidelines or established campaign look and feel, while delivering original, innovative and strategically sound creative solutions
    • Analytical, problem-solver, creative thinker, and self-starter
    • Deadline driven with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to professionally communicate with customers, colleagues, and management across the organization
    • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to self-manage schedule to meet deadlines
    • Stay up-to-date with new and trending technologies, tools, and best practices and make proactive suggestions to improve processes for email and landing page production within the department
    • Results driven

     

    A current portfolio and coding examples are required to be considered for this position. Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred or equivalent experience; seeking candidates with digital design and front-end development. If you’re a design superstar with a minimum of HTML/CSS proficiency, you are still encouraged to apply.
