    Job Description

    Project based assignment through end of December, possibly longer.
    Schedule-flexible start time as early as 5 am-40 hrs/week, or even 30 hrs/wk if desired
    Data entry from phone calls-entering customer applications

    • Interacts directly with customers, sales and/or service representatives handling a variety of inbound and outbound service functions.
    • Prepares/retrieves documentation related to customer account, product, and service inquiries/issues.
    • Updates databases with application documentation entering it into a portal
