    Job Description

    Mitchell International CSG Technology Enabled Services seeks an Analyst to support and help to drive strategic business initiatives, create and maintain necessary operational reports, analyze and monitors workflow, and evaluate production processes by monitoring activities on a real-time basis. The analyst position will also be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, maintain budget accuracy and improve forecast modeling and capabilities. This role typically involves extensive interaction with Workforce Management, Implementation Services, Customer Service, and Service Operations teams, as well as Service Operations vendors. Additional duties include:

    • Analyze, monitor, and evaluate the service center workforce and production processes by monitoring activities on a real-time basis.
    • Works to maintain budget accuracy and improve forecast capabilities.
    • Identifies process improvement opportunities to increase efficiencies in the workforce.
    • Analyzes pending volume to identify and alert to potential bottleneck scenarios.
    • Works with outsource business partners to ensure timely production processing.
    • Creates dashboards and ad-hoc reports to assist with monitoring and improving the operation.
    • Executes both long-term strategies and ever-changing, short-term, and immediate workforce needs.
    • Updates and maintains Average Handle Times with current information for the various processes.
    • Researches, recommends, and implements process improvements to reduce overall costs.
    • Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization for operational excellence.
    • Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions.
    • Manage projects and drive operational efficiencies.

    Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of related experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Math, Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
    • Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office products and excellent Microsoft Excel and SQL skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent critical and strategic thinking skills
    • Access, VBA, and Tableau experience a plus
    • Workforce Management experience a plus
