Mitchell International CSG Technology Enabled Services seeks an Analyst to support and help to drive strategic business initiatives, create and maintain necessary operational reports, analyze and monitors workflow, and evaluate production processes by monitoring activities on a real-time basis. The analyst position will also be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, maintain budget accuracy and improve forecast modeling and capabilities. This role typically involves extensive interaction with Workforce Management, Implementation Services, Customer Service, and Service Operations teams, as well as Service Operations vendors.
