    Job Description

    We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant who is not only phenomenal at multitasking, but also has great customer service skills (since a lot of time will be spent virtually interacting with individuals via phone and email). This person will work on our IRO (Independent Review Organization) team, in the Corporate office. If that doesn't excite you, the view will! 

    We are seeking someone who is technologically savvy, able to handle several things at once (and do so swimmingly).  If you enjoy a solid combination of the "work-play" method at your place of labor, this position is right up your alley. It would also help if you have the desire to work in an office space that is almost as awesome as the people you'll be working with. 

    Some things you will do: 

    • Send patient initial notices, decision notices
    • Complete state outcome reporting
    • Enter referrals
    • Check in faxes and voicemails for IRO team
    • Check in records
    • Monitor and respond to group email
    • Create Reconsideration templates for physicians and coordinate the calls
    • Coordinate additional records with physicians and clients
    • Communicate with QA and coordinators to confirm deadlines are met
    • Check queues
    • Answer incoming client and claimant phone calls
    • Follow up with providers for reports
    • Assist with URAC and IRR auditing
    • Monitor MD Audits
    • Other tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
    • Ability to juggle several high priority tasks at once
    • 0-2 years of related experience
    • Bachelor's degree is preferred
