We are seeking an experienced Art Director or Sr. Graphic designer to join our well-established B2B in-house creative team. Qualified candidates must be highly experienced in creating on brand, professional, goal-driven creative solutions and marketing campaigns, experienced in effectively art directing and supporting a team of creatives, have proven experience supporting incoming project requests, reviewing work from freelancers, and ultimately overseeing each project to success from concept to completion.
Confident, proactive, and forward thinking, you will support workflow with a team of talented in-house designers. Reporting in to the Creative Director, you will be one of the “go-to” points of contact for the creative team, handling art direction, project management, and daily operations. You must be comfortable giving and taking constructive feedback and have excellent communication and presentation skills. We want you to support our capabilities and thinking, bringing fresh ideas, technologies or methodologies to the table that will elevate our game.
Candidates must have a minimum 5-8 years’ experience as a senior-level designer or art director and at least 2-5 years of art direction experience. An associate (2 year) degree in advertising, communication design, or visual arts is acceptable; however, a bachelor (4 year) degree is preferred. If no degree is possessed, then 6–8 years related experience in agency or related setting is required.
