    Job Description

    Responsibilities of the Client Success Analyst:

    • Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives for designated clients, as it relates to their Mitchell products and services.
    • Diagrams and evaluates existing client processes. 
    • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities and overall product/program performance. 
    • Collects data to identify root cause of problems. 
    • Measures performance against process requirements and benchmarks established with new product opportunities and projections. 
    • Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. 
    • Collaborates with the Client Advocate, Client Services Manager, Sales and other key client success team members to provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance, drive efficiency and improve product and service results.
    • May deliver presentations that include measurement, analysis, improvement and control. 
    • Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. 
    • Communicates team progress. 
    • Performs cost and benefit analyses.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.

    • 2+ years' experience in data analysis, consulting, or related field.
    • Insurance industry experience preferred.
    • Ability to use analytical, logical, and organizational skills to make business decisions using complex information.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
    • Excellent critical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly.
    • Strong, self-motivated team player.
