    Job Description

    The Client Services Manager is primarily an advocate for the existing post-sale customer within the various operational areas of Mitchell, and an advocate for Mitchell with the customer.

    This is an exciting and ever-changing position within a growing Software Solutions company with great opportunity to grow your career internally, either in leadership or as an individual contributor.

    • Works collaboratively with all internal areas of Mitchell to organize and respond to customer concerns and requests.
    • Takes initiative to improve existing processes, both internally at Mitchell and within customer workflows.
    • Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale.
    • Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
    • Responds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product solutions, either new or existing.
    • Analyzes data and trends of customer results to provide consultative action plans to the customer.
    • Organizes, prepares for, and facilitates Partnership Reviews for customers, typically on-site at the customer’s location.
    • Monitors and maintains current contracted revenue from the customer; identifies areas for revenue growth which fit into the customer’s existing set of solutions.
    • Becomes the Subject Matter Expert on the customer internally, answering inquiries including reporting up to the Mitchell Senior Leadership Team.



    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
    • 10+ years experience of relevant experience and/or in customer-facing office environments.
    • High degree of competency with MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
      • Example: Creation of Pivot Tables, Vlookup, preparation of large PowerPoint decks
    • Experience with executive-level presentations / public speaking.
    • Excellent time management / prioritization skills.
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
    • Ability to travel to client sites up to 40% of the time.
    • Ability to work independently.


    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Leadership / Management Experience
    • Experience working with Auto Insurance Carrier or Software Developer / Provider
    • Work experience within claims department at national Auto Carrier
    • Work experience with a Software Developer / Provider, preferably Lean – Agile focused
