    Job Description

    Mitchell is looking for a skilled Program Manager to work within our Integration Management Office (IMO). This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Integrations, Mergers & Acquisitions.

    • Serve as the IMO Lead for assigned workstreams, working closely with the Integration Leads and functional leaders to execute on the workstream Integration Roadmap
    • Serve as the first point of escalation to the IMO and help drive and facilitate issue resolution for assigned workstreams
    • Support the Integration Leads to drive the Integration Roadmap forward and deliver initiatives on time and within budget
    • Assist with tracking of identified synergies throughout the integration process
    • Identify key business issues, and along with the functional workstream leaders and Integration Leads, develop effective action plans
    • Identify and develop solutions for cross-functional challenges and opportunities in partnership with peers in the Integration Management Office (IMO), the Integration Leads, and functional leaders
    • Serve as a subject matter expert to the Executive Sponsors and Integration Management Office for assigned workstreams
    • Ensure strategic direction of initiatives and workstreams is in line with Company and business unit goals and objectives
    • Prepare (and present if needed) material for weekly workstream leads meeting, steering committee update meetings, board update meetings
    • Participate in executive briefing meetings with Steering Committee, Integration Leads, workstream leaders and Executive Leadership team (C Suite) for executive briefing, decision making, and escalation
    • Work with Enterprise Planning, Enterprise Portfolio Governance, and the Project Management Office to ensure the Integration Roadmap is prioritized and progressing

    Qualifications

    • Experience working on/leading a Post-Merger Integration is HIGHLY desirable
    • Experience in process, services and technology integration or migration is required
    • Ability to rapidly get up to speed on business vertical and understand key business fundamentals, levers and processes is needed
    • Proven success at rapidly completing high priority and/or highly sensitive projects
    • Proven success at working across an enterprise and within all levels of an organization
    • Highly organized and takes a strategic approach to managing Integration Roadmap
    • Demonstrated strength at thriving in highly ambiguous and evolving environments, as well as high profile, urgent situations
    • Subject matter expert in sophisticated, best-practices organizational development, process improvement or project management processes
    • Demonstrated experience collaborating and negotiating with managers and executives
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral at the executive and management levels; Ability to have difficult conversations and mediate difficult negotiations
    • Experience with preparing presentation material and presenting to C-Suite executives is expected
    • Knowledge in developing and implementing company-wide, organizational development or process improvement programs
    • Experience working as a manager/lead in a large strategy consulting firm is highly desirable
    • Minimum of 8 years of cross-functional, cross-disciplinary program management and/or consulting experience is required
    • Bachelor's degree is required
    • Master's degree ideal with emphasis on business administration, healthcare administration or other related degree is desirable
    • This position will require approximately 20% travel
