    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail oriented individual to provide accounting support to the lockbox and cash application teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


    • Review and post accurately each day all customer payments
    • Contact payers as required regarding questionable payments and resolve based on departmental procedures
    • Timely response to payment inquiries by internal and external customers
    • Research and apply unidentified checks and EFTs
    • Verify suspense items
    • Work with Mitchell offices to perform AR transfer


    • 2+ years’ experience in cash applications
    • Excellent data entry and 10 key skills (accuracy and speed a must)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Good research and resolution skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Resourceful

    Education: Minimum High School diploma or GED
